Your Role in Supporting Our Members:

As the Senior Executive Assistant, you will be a strategic and highly organized partner who plays a critical role in enabling executive and team success. Known for anticipating needs, managing complex calendars and deliverables, playing a critical role in event production, this role ensures seamless day-to-day operations while contributing to long-term planning. You'll collaborate with fellow Senior Executive Assistants on enterprise-wide initiatives like Senior Leadership Summits and Strategy Offsites and guide divisional Executive Assistants to deliver consistent, high-impact support. Your ability to think critically, communicate strategically, and drive operational efficiency will be key to creating capacity and value across the team.

In this role, you will leverage your exceptional planning and organizational skills to manage multiple, competing priorities with confidence and clarity. As a critical thinker with sound judgment, you'll identify resourceful ways to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and strategically coordinate work across teams. Your strong communication skills and proactive mindset will enable you to drive effectiveness and alignment. With a passion for learning and a commitment to excellence, you'll quickly become a subject matter expert - providing valuable insights and creating capacity for your team.

This is a Permanent, Full-time role based at our Vancity Head Office. This role will require you to predominately work in-office five days a week, with some flexibility to work from home time to time.

What You'll Earn:

The salary range for this position is $69,700 to $82,000 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
