Track and reconcile vendor costs, including animation partners, editorial vendors, and independent contractors

Assist with year‑end filings and production audits.
Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership and producers.

What You'll Bring:

Advanced proficiency with production accounting software (SmartAccounting or proprietary studio systems).
Expert Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with creative and technical teams.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical ability.
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong adaptability and resilience in a dynamic production setting

Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000 CAD annually, based on a 40-hour work week.
