Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in the Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, communicating with clients, and supporting executive-level staff. The role also involves clerical tasks, such as organizing documentation, ensuring smooth office operations, and maintaining a professional work environment.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to effectively manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle office operations
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to provide professional and courteous interactions with clients and team members
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership-level needs and execute tasks with attention to detail
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar programs
Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle dynamic and diverse responsibilities
Previous experience in interior design firms or creative industries is an asset
