We are a multi-platform production company, social media agency, and digital media network who are currently on a quest to find a People & Operations Coordinator to join our People team - Is this your next opportunity?

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive People & Operations Coordinator to support both our People function and day-to-day business operations. This role sits at the center of the organization — helping to deliver a seamless recruiting experience while also ensuring our executives and teams operate efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, with in-office attendance required Monday through Thursday during standard business hours and remote work on Fridays.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME

Recruiting & People Team Support

Coordinate and schedule interviews across stakeholders (onsite, Google Meet, phone), ensuring accuracy and a seamless candidate experience

Partner closely with hiring managers to keep hiring processes efficient and on track, including driving timely feedback and scorecard completion

Review and shortlist candidates by evaluating resumes and advancing qualified candidates through the hiring process

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and tracking candidate progress

Communicate with candidates regarding next steps, assessments, and logistical questions while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including light sourcing outreach, job postings, requisition setup, offer creation, and onboarding coordination

Provide additional HR support across learning and development initiatives, team events, and the broader employee lifecycle as needed

Team & Office Operations Support

Manage day-to-day office operations, including coordinating team attendance, acting liaison with our office provider, and any ad-hoc in-person office needs

Coordinate team events, offsites, board meetings, and internal initiatives

Support general office and operational needs as they arise

Contribute to process improvements across HR and operations workflows

Take on ad hoc projects and special initiatives as needed

Executive & Operational Support

Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination

Prepare materials for internal and external meetings, including presentations and briefing documents

Coordinate and manage meetings with multiple stakeholders, including note-taking and follow-ups

Track key deliverables, follow up on outstanding items, and help drive projects to completion

Act as a cross-functional liaison, helping streamline communication between teams

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Availability to be in office for full office hours (Monday-Thursday), with Friday a remote working day

1-2 years of experience supporting recruiting coordination or HR processes preferred

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven

Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across teams and with external stakeholders

Customer-service mindset with a focus on delivering a great experience

Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills

Comfortable working across multiple functions and adapting to shifting priorities

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and Mac systems

Candidates must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
