Job Description

Tatari is on a mission to revolutionize TV advertising. Founded in 2016 to help transform the antiquated world of TV advertising through the intelligent application of AI and machine learning, Tatari helps some of the world's fastest growing brands including Chime, Calm, Tecovas, Manscaped, Saatva, and Liquid I.V., reach their customers using linear and streaming TV ads. Our platform combines sophisticated media buying with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience, enabling businesses of any size to advertise on TV.

Tatari is looking for a Client Development Team Lead to take on dual responsibility as a people leader and high-performing individual contributor. The Client Development team builds pipeline from the ground up, wins complex deals, and help sophisticated advertisers unlock TV—whether as a performance channel or a cornerstone of their media strategy. You'll partner closely with Media Buying, Client Services, Marketing, and Data Science to deliver solutions that directly impact our clients' growth.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Account Executives and Client Development managers—investing in their development and day-to-day performance.
Responsible for achieving sales goals across the business
Collaborate with revenue leadership to execute strategic initiatives that shape the broader team's success.
Identify gaps in the sales process and proactively improve how we sell.
Own the full sales cycle—from pipeline creation to contract execution—with a focus on net-new business.
Identify and convert mid-market and enterprise advertisers into lasting Tatari partners.
Lead consultative conversations with founders, CMOs, and senior marketing leaders.
Translate Tatari's measurement, automation, and media execution capabilities into a clear value proposition that resonates with performance marketers.
Partner closely with Media Buying and Client Services to ensure seamless handoffs and strong long-term account growth.
Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline.

Qualifications

7+ years of selling performance-driven advertising solutions (TV, CTV, or AdTech strongly preferred)
3+ years of people management experience
Passion for owning a room, closing deals, and getting wins.
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a high-growth sales environment.
Deep understanding of how performance marketers think, test, and scale.
Ability to break down complex data, attribution, and measurement concepts in clear, compelling terms.
A high-ownership mindset—you move fast, take initiative, and don't wait to be directed.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a bias for action
Hands-on experience with a CRM (HubSpot preferred).
High EQ, with strong executive presence
Bachelor's degree required.
