The ideal candidate is a versatile visual storyteller who can work independently, collaborate effectively with teams, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Edit and create engaging videos: This covers the full video production workflow: organizing footage, trimming clips, adding transitions, enhancing audio, correcting color, and incorporating motion graphics or animation using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. The role will also include preparing graphics for both digital and print use, ensuring proper resolution, formatting, and file setup.
Create storyboards and manage project workflows: This involves planning visual sequences for videos or graphics projects, mapping out scenes, visuals, narration, or on-screen text. Duties include meeting with customers to discuss project goals, clarifying requirements, and translating concepts into visual plans. The candidate must be able to follow project schedules, manage their own workload, track deadlines, and provide progress updates. Strong communication and collaboration with team members is essential to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.
Support special projects and organizational initiatives: This includes assisting the Agency and Organizational Development Office with one off or ongoing initiatives that require multimedia support.
