Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

The role holder will oversee the precise administration of employee leave, attendance, shift scheduling, and roster management. Your efforts will ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards while facilitating timely and accurate payroll processing. You will play a key role in validating attendance records, leave requests, overtime, and shift data, all while maintaining confidential and up-to-date employee records throughout their lifecycle.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer employee leave, attendance, shift scheduling, and roster management in alignment with company policies.
Process and track employee leave applications, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and policies.
Maintain accurate leave balances and attendance records, while addressing employee inquiries promptly.
Prepare and manage employee shifts and rosters to guarantee adequate staffing coverage.
Collaborate with department heads to align roster planning with operational needs.
Validate attendance, leave, overtime, and shift data to facilitate accurate monthly payroll processing.
Work closely with payroll and finance teams to ensure salary accuracy and timely remuneration.
Assist in payroll audits and resolve discrepancies related to attendance or leave records.
Support onboarding and offboarding documentation and processes.
Coordinate employee insurance enrollments, renewals, and associated documentation.
Liaise with insurance providers and ensure accurate maintenance of insurance records.
Assist employees in opening bank accounts for salary purposes and coordinate necessary documentation.
Safeguard employee bank details, ensuring compliance with company policies.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
1+ years of experience in Human Capital
Good knowledge of the UAE labor law
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong organizational and communication skills
