THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an AI Visual Artist & Creative Technologist to join our studio as a key creative partner with our Production team, who views AI as a creative amplifier, using it to push the boundaries of what is visually possible. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our talent and brand partners to extend what is possible when human vision is amplified by emerging technology. You will bring creative visions to life through high-end, curated AI visuals and videos, requiring a sharp eye, technical fluency, and the ability to deliver flawless, emotionally resonant results.

YOUR ROLE

Collaborating closely with the Head of Production, you will be the creative engine of our AI visual outputs.

•Creative Partnership: Brainstorm and co-create with the Head of Production to translate high-level briefs into innovative, AI-driven visual narratives.
•Master the Stack: Utilize tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and Sora to push the boundaries of visual storytelling.
•Build & Train: Use generative AI as a primary creative medium, not just for speed, but to build, train, and fine-tune the output.
•Hybrid Craftsmanship: Move seamlessly between Generative AI and Adobe Photoshop to refine, retouch, and perfect every frame, ensuring the technology serves the art.
•The Refined Eye: Lead the styling and art direction for individual projects, ensuring lighting, composition, and "vibe" are flawlessly executed.
•Professional Polishing: Refine raw AI outputs through a rigorous post-production workflow, using Photoshop (Manual & Gen-Fill), After Effects, and Premiere to ensure "client-ready" excellence.
•Trend Advocacy: Stay at the absolute forefront of generative AI trends to elevate the studio's daily output.

YOUR PROFILE

•3-5 years in a creative agency or studio environment or freelance (Visual Arts, Photography, or Graphic Design). You have a deep-rooted understanding of professional creative workflows.
•You've spent the last 2+ years intentionally pivoting your practice into deep AI exploration, moving beyond experimentation into professional-grade execution.
•You don't just "prompt." You have a refined, multi-software workflow, layering various AI tools to create specific, high-fidelity imagery that "out-of-the-box" generators can't touch.
•A stunning portfolio showcasing creative direction, stylized AI avatars, fashion/editorial looks, cinematic visuals, and/or storytelling through visuals.
•Deep, hands-on experience with Stable Diffusion (ComfyUI / Automatic1111), Resleeve, Midjourney, and RunwayML. You know how to manipulate these tools creatively, not just executionally.
•Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop (generative fill + manual retouching) and After Effects/Premiere.
•Comfortable working in a high-speed environment where "perfect" is the baseline and speed is the differentiator. You can iterate rapidly to perfection without losing the creative spark.
•Ability to take feedback and collaborate in a fast-paced environment where the collective vision of the studio comes first.
