ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director, Global Content & Media, this role is responsible for delivering high-quality content and enabling global teams to execute effectively across modern channels.

This individual acts as a hands-on content leader and execution partner, part of an in-house team supporting the development and rollout of global content, global content standards, toolkits, and best practices. The role focuses on translating creative strategy into practical, scalable execution.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

ORIGINAL CONTENT DEVELOPMENT & PRODUCTION

Lead the creation of platform-native content tailored to Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Google and emerging channels as they increase in importance to the organization
Strengthen in-house capabilities in video production and motion design, enabling faster and more flexible content creation
Direct and contribute to end-to-end production for motion graphics, animation and video including shooting, editing, and post-production either directly or in partnership with external vendors
Apply a "create once, adapt many" approach to maximize content output across formats and channels using a range of tools including Generative AI when appropriate
Lead, coach, and develop a team of content creators (2 direct reports), building their capability in video-first, social-first content creation

GLOBAL CONTENT ENABLEMENT & EXECUTION SUPPORT

Develop and implement global content standards, toolkits, and scalable systems that translate brand strategy into practical, easy-to-use tools for markets, ensuring consistent brand execution
Build and maintain content systems, including templates and asset libraries in tools like Figma, Gen Studio and DAM
Help to identify common execution challenges across markets and address gaps through strategic evolution of Brand tools and practical guidance

QUALITY ASSURANCE, BRAND & COMPLIANCE

Conduct creative reviews to ensure market content meets brand, quality, and platform standards
Ensure content aligns with accessibility requirements and is appropriate for financial services communications

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

6 to 10 years of experience in digital content production, social media, or creative development
6 to 10 years of experience with Video production (shooting and editing utilizing Premier Pro)
6 to 10 years of experience with Motion graphics and animation (utilizing tools like Adobe After Effects)
6 to 10 years of experience creating platform-native content across key channels (YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google)
Experience supporting or contributing to content toolkits, guidelines, or shared frameworks
Strong understanding of content performance basics and how to optimize creative outputs
Strong coaching mindset and ability to upskill and support others in practical execution

PREFERRED SKILLS

Experience developing content for paid media environments, including Google Ads and paid social formats an asset
Proficiency in Figma is an asset, with experience creating templates and managing production workflows
Experience working in regulated environments (financial services) is an asset

SALARY RANGE

$80,000 - $128,000
