HR Admin (Mexico)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin to support our people operations in Mexico. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within the HR field while gaining hands-on experience in administrative processes, onboarding, employee documentation, and cross-functional coordination in an international environment.

If you are organized, eager to learn, and enjoy supporting employees and internal teams through structured processes, this role is for you.

Challenges that await you:

•Maintain and organize HR documentation in compliance with local labor law requirements.
•Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring documentation accuracy and timely completion.
•Coordinate pre-onboarding activities, including candidate communication and document collection.
•Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth employee setup and transitions.
•Maintain employee records and ensure all information remains accurate and up to date.
•Provide basic guidance to employees regarding HR processes and administrative questions.
•Participate in the continuous improvement of HR administrative processes and workflows.
•Support day-to-day HR operations in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
