Job Description

About the Role

Adgentic AI is hiring an AI Engineer to build and maintain our core AI systems and infrastructure. We are looking for an experienced specialist who can architect, deploy, and iterate on robust, production grade AI pipelines.

Our current stack includes Python, TypeScript, and several AI models and infrastructure. We are open to candidates from different stack backgrounds, provided they have strong experience building user facing applications and APIs at scale, along with strong engineering fundamentals and sound technical judgment. We work in fully agentic engineering flows and are not looking for vibe coding.

The Role

Production Pipelines: Build and maintain AI workflows with a strict focus on reliability, accuracy, and scalable performance.
Technical Ownership: Evaluate and implement the best tools and models for the job, from inference optimization to system architecture.
Scalable Infrastructure: Deploy and optimize AI models via FastAPI on RunPod (or equivalent GPU providers).
Agentic Software Engineering: Master of Claude-centric development; utilizing agentic patterns and AI-native workflows to build and iterate on complex system logic

Technical Requirements

AI engineering first: Deep experience with large language models, image generation models, modern AI systems, and frameworks such as LangChain, LangFuse, or custom built inference pipelines.
Strong full stack engineering fundamentals: You should be comfortable architecting robust, production ready systems. Experience with Python and TypeScript is a strong plus.
AI native workflow: Strong command of AI coding tools and experience working in agentic development flows, including spec driven development, autonomous task execution, and rapid iteration.
DevOps, MLOps, and infrastructure: Experience with Docker and managing GPU based production environments. Strong working knowledge of platforms such as Render, Vercel, GCP, and similar infrastructure providers.
At least 5 years of working experience.

Yearly salary range: €70–€100k
