Job Description

The Junior Project & Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring high-level customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. This is a full-time remote role, providing flexibility to excel while working closely with diverse clients and teams.

Qualifications:

•Project Management and Coordination: Ability to plan, monitor, and oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables meet required standards.
•Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships and address client needs effectively.
•Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, along with critical thinking to resolve challenges efficiently.
•Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with workforce management tools (e.g., UKG Dimensions or similar) and integration platforms like Dell Boomi is a significant advantage.
•Organizational and Time Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
•Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a relevant field and prior experience in client-facing roles or project management.
