About CoverMe & The Role

CoverMe is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the future of work in the fitness and wellness industry. Our technology helps gyms, studios and health clubs manage staffing, recruitment, compliance and workforce mobilisation through one connected platform.

Operating across the UK, US, Australia and Europe, CoverMe sits at the intersection of technology, fitness and the gig economy, helping operators solve one of the industry's biggest operational challenges: workforce management at scale.

We are now looking for ambitious individuals to join the business as Growth Consultants, supporting our expansion across the UK market, particularly within independent gyms, studios and single-site operators.

This is an entry-level commercial role suited to people who are self-motivated, positive and excited by sales, technology and modern business growth. You'll work closely with AI-driven sales tools and internal systems to help generate opportunities, build prospect lists, maintain CRM data and support outbound sales activity, while also bringing the human interaction and relationship-building that technology alone cannot replace.

As you develop within the role, you'll also begin managing demos for single-site operators, helping educate prospects on the platform while building the commercial confidence and communication skills needed to support larger enterprise opportunities in the future.

The role includes:

Researching prospective fitness operators
Supporting outreach through email, LinkedIn and social channels
Maintaining accurate CRM and sales database records
Using AI tools to support lead generation and prospecting
Engaging with fitness communities and industry groups
Booking and managing product demos for independent operators
Learning how modern SaaS businesses scale internationally
Gaining exposure to enterprise-level sales processes and commercial strategy
