Jr. UX/UI Designer

HOG — Hospitality Operations Group is hiring a Jr. UX/UI Designer to join our Marketing team.

We operate a portfolio of venues across Mexico — bars, restaurants, boutique hospitality spaces, wellness centers, and cultural projects. The work is varied, the pace is fast, and the quality of output matters.

What we need:

◆ Figma as your primary tool — with real command, not surface-level knowledge

◆ Strong typography and visual systems foundation

◆ UX/UI profile with the ability to design from concept to final deliverable

◆ Basic programming knowledge — we're looking for someone interested in automating design workflows through Figma templates, components, variables, and plugins

◆ Systems mindset — you think in scalability, not isolated pieces

◆ English proficiency required — our team operates bilingually
